If you prefer to stay with interns of your age and be totally independent during your stay in Montpellier, it is possible with our shared accommodation.
Friendly atmosphere with several other trainees (foreign or French), who are, in general, between 20 and 30 years old.
Available all year round (Minimum 2-week stay).
We sign a quality contract with the owners of the flatshares so that your stay goes as smoothly as possible, in parallel with the French lessons.
- Independence in terms of eating meals, your schedule.
- The Flatshare formula is available throughout the year and for a period ranging from 2 to 52 weeks. Minimum stay of 2 weeks.
Flatshare
180€ per week
Shared apartments that can accommodate several students, located near the city center or in residences.
- Furnished single room (bed, desk and storage).
Towels and bed linen provided. - Fully equipped shared kitchen, with at least a fridge, microwave, hot plates and all necessary utensils.
- Shared bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
- Shared common areas: living room and dining room.
In general, 3 to 4 roommates per apartment, in a friendly atmosphere with students from 20 to 30 years old.
Details
It is very important that interns are aware that the maintenance of a shared apartment (especially the common areas and the bedrooms of each one) is a duty at all times.
Landlords are free to check that the daily life of the flatshare is running smoothly.
A deposit of 200€ (depending on the length of your stay) will be requested at the beginning of the stay by the owners and then returned at the end of the stay if no damage is noted.
We ask that you make sure you have liability insurance covering any damage you may cause (such as fire, flood or major damage).
Location
It is always a minimum of 30 minutes by public transport (bus or tram) to reach the city centre and the school.
Frequencies
Arrival on Sunday afternoon and departure on Saturday morning.
Possibility to book additional nights subject to availability and on request.
